As the Afterhours RAN, you will provide the local community with access to medical advice, health assessments, and emergency care during non-clinic hours (9pm to 8am). This is a forward-thinking service working to reshape the standard afterhours model in remote healthcare. Rather than being limited to emergency-only care, this role allows for proactive, client-centred afterhours services—giving you the opportunity to be part of an innovative and impactful pilot program. This is a FIFO position offering a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster, based in a remote community in the Northern Territory. Job Details Salary of $130,000 gross per annum 11.5% Superannuation Great work-life balance with a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off FIFO arrangement Pro-rata entitlement to the annual $10,000 Retention Allowance Salary Packaging benefits: up to $15,900 per annum $2,650 for Meals & Entertainment All travel from your home to the community is provided Accommodation provided while on placement Work within a tight-knit, collaborative and highly committed team Location You will be based in a remote Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory, (Arnhem Land) approximately 500 km from Darwin.
